The Haas School wins the 2007 Leeds Net Impact Case Competition!
Congratulations to the winners of the sixth annual Leeds Net Impact Case Competition! The top 20 teams attending the competition on Saturday, February 24 in Boulder, Colorado, were chosen from a qualifying round of 43 teams, which was held in December. Representatives from companies such as Shell, Sun Microsystems, IBM and Xcel Energy, were on hand to judge the competition.

The teams worked develop a strategic plan for Shell's Wind Energy Initiative. A live and interactive session with Ed Raponi, the Business Finance Manager for Shell Wind Energy, was held on Friday night to present the case challenge to the teams. The top prize of $3000 was awarded to a team from the Haas School at the University of California at Berkeley. The second place team from York University won $1800. The third place team won $800 and was from Michigan State University. Join us in congratulating all of the 2007 Leeds Net Impact Case Competition participants for another great year.
